Spiritual and Resilience Care

Mx Chris is available for one-on-one support sessions with individuals and/or families who may be experiencing spiritual struggle or seeking support to build resilience.

Mx Chris is as comfortable supporting the development of non-religious resilience as in engaging issues of religious or spiritual concern. The goal is always to tap into meaning-full resources that work for you.

Mx Chris brings a dynamic trauma-informed, strengths-based, person-centered approach to their spiritual and resilience care work, whether they are offering it in a hospital setting or in private sessions.

“Some call me a chaplain. Others call me a coach. The important thing is that we get to journey together.”

Mx Chris is also glad to contract with medical and mental health care professionals to support clients around issues of spiritual struggle and resilience building through direct clinical care and/or capacity building with your staff.

Their more than two decades of experience in multi-faith community care with transgender and intersex folk provides a unique resource. Mx Chris is a distinguished author, scholar, and presenter around related themes. In addition to their personal experience as a coach and chaplain, they have deep networks for potential referrals to additional resources across the country when appropriate.
